This is classic "Perfect Storm" — a combination of a clogged air filter and dirty evaporator coil has restricted airflow until the coil froze solid. As it thaws, the water has to go somewhere. The fix is coil cleaning and filter replacement, but first the system needs to fully defrost before it's restarted. Call us — we'll get it right the first time.
